01Who we are

3rrplay.in.net (“3RR Game”, “we”, “us”) is an independent affiliate website serving players in India. We publish information about the 3RR game app, maintain an index of its lineup, and link to a licensed gaming partner where that app can be downloaded and played.

We are not the operator. We do not run games, take wagers, hold balances, process deposits or withdrawals, or perform identity verification. Those activities — and the personal data attached to them — belong entirely to the gaming partner and are governed by that partner’s own privacy policy, not this one.

02What this policy covers

This policy applies only to the website at 3rrplay.in.net and its subpages. It does not apply to:

• The 3RR app itself, or any account you create inside it.
• The gaming partner’s website, platform or payment processing.
• Telegram, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy.
• Any other site you reach by following a link from here.

Once you leave this website, a different organisation’s policy governs what happens to your data. We recommend reading the gaming partner’s policy before you register an account with it.

03What we collect

Because there are no accounts on this site, the data involved is limited to three categories.

Server access logs

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser and operating system version, and the referring page if there is one. These logs exist for security and diagnostic purposes — identifying abuse, debugging errors and understanding load.

Aggregate usage analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are read, which are ignored, and where visitors leave. This is reported to us in aggregate — page counts, device categories, broad geography — and is used to decide what to write next, not to profile individuals.

Information you send us voluntarily

If you use the contact form or message us on Telegram, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else.

04What we do not collect

Explicitly, and without exception:

• No account credentials. We have no login, so there is no password to store.
• No OTPs. We will never ask for a one-time password, on any channel, for any reason.
• No payment information. No card numbers, no UPI IDs, no bank details. We process no payments.
• No identity documents. KYC is performed by the operator, never by us.
• No gameplay or balance data. We have no visibility into any player account.

05Cookies and local storage

This site uses a small number of cookies and one browser storage entry. Nothing here is used for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.

You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will not break this site — the only visible effect is that the cookie notice may reappear.

06The contact form

The form on our contact page does not submit anything to this website. It assembles the message you typed and hands it to your own email application, which then sends it in the normal way from your own address.

This means: no form data is stored on this site, no server here receives it, and if you close the email draft without sending it, nothing has been transmitted anywhere. Once an email does reach us, we keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

07Telegram channels

We operate a support group and a news channel on Telegram. Telegram is a third-party service governed by Telegram’s own privacy policy and terms — we do not control what it collects or how it stores it.

What we see is what any group member sees: your Telegram display name, your username if you have one, and the messages you post. Please do not post personal information, account numbers, screenshots containing OTPs, or payment details in a group chat, where every other member can read them.

08Third parties and the operator

Our download, play and bonus buttons take you to a licensed gaming partner through a tracked affiliate link. That link tells the partner the visit originated here so that any commission can be attributed. It does not transmit personal information about you from us to them, because we hold none.

After you arrive on the partner’s platform, everything is governed by their privacy policy and terms, including any account you create, any documents you upload for verification and any payment details you enter. Please read those documents. They are the ones that matter for your money and your identity data.

We do not sell, rent or trade any information to anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.

09Age restriction

This website and the services it links to are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our content is not directed at minors.

If you believe a minor has contacted us or shared information with us, tell us using any route on the contact page and we will delete it.

10Retention

• Server logs — kept for a short operational period by our host, then rotated out.
• Analytics — aggregate figures only; no individual record is retained.
• Emails and Telegram messages — kept while your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, then deleted.

If you want an email conversation deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.

11Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and comparable frameworks elsewhere, you have rights over personal data held about you. In relation to this website, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete correspondence you have sent us.
• Object to a particular use of your information.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.

Because this site holds so little, most requests resolve to “we hold your email thread and nothing else” — and we will say so plainly. For data held by the gaming partner (your account, KYC documents, transaction history) you must contact the partner directly; we cannot act on their systems.

12Security

This site is served over HTTPS, contains no user database and runs no server-side code that accepts user input, which removes entire categories of risk by design. Correspondence is kept in access-controlled mailboxes.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can commit to is minimising what we hold in the first place, since data never collected cannot be exposed.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will also be noted on our news channel. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
